Sd.Kfz.250/7 Neu, 11th SS Panzergrenadier Division Nordland

Short story of the vehicle and its crew:

3./SS-Pz.Aufkl.Abt. 11
11.SS Nordland - Berlin, Germany, May 1945, tactical no. 339, registration no. 900915

Belonging to Nordland in Berlin 1945, it is belived to be the command vehicle of SS-Hauptsturmführer Hans-Gösta Pehrsson, commander of the so called Schwedenzug (the 3rd company of SS-Panzer Aufklaerungs-Abt.11, the "Sweden Platoon") and the driver SS-Unterscharführer Ragnar Johansson from Stockholm, that was killed by a Russian handgrenade.
According to the caption it was photographed around May 2nd 1945 on the Friedrichstrasse.

Polish Winged Hussar

An old story to tell...
Husaria was the Polish heavy cavalry. They won many battles and were known as the most effective and powerful kind of military formation in our history. They were very significant for Polish history and still are a national pride.
Husarz – Józef Brandt

Husaria - Mariusz Kozik vel Lacedemon
Badge of the 1st Armoured Division
The Polish Winged Hussar bust made as a gift for my Father. It's the resin piece from Diorama Studio, painted with humbrols and oil paints. Those days I didn't use acrylics so it was a very long painting period. Nicely detailed, catches the viewers eye because of its colors and shape.
